Organize Students with Groups
Learn to organize students, control content visibility, automate enrollments, and segment analytics using Skilljar's Groups feature.
As your training program grows, managing students one by one becomes unsustainable. Groups let you organize your learners by shared characteristics—company, role, region, product tier—so you can deliver tailored experiences, automate enrollments, control content visibility, and track progress at scale.
In this course, you'll learn how to plan, create, and manage Groups so your training operations scale efficiently and your analytics become actionable.
Audience: Skilljar Administrators, Groups Managers, and team members responsible for organizing learners, managing content visibility, and reporting on training engagement.
Before You Begin: You'll need access to the Groups section in your Skilljar Dashboard. Viewing Analytics by Groups would require varipus Analytics permissions, as well. Familiarity with basic dashboard navigation is recommended.
